Integrative Physical Therapy

Integrative Physical Therapy and Anne Nemec, PT, offer a holistic approach to physical therapy care that focuses on the whole person to target root dysfunctions, maximize the body’s self-healing mechanisms, regulate the stress response, and we pay close attention to the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Treatments vary depending on needs and goals of individuals but most commonly consist of specialized manual therapy, therapeutic and postural exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities for pain management, and therapeutic neuroscience education.

Please note that payment is collected at the time of service. An invoice will be provided if you would like to self-submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. You are responsible for any referral or pre-authorization your insurance provider may require. Cash/Check/Credit or HSA card accepted.
