Integrative Health & Wellness Center is located in downtown Baker City, Oregon. We offer a range of therapeutic services to help you become the best version of yourself. What started out as Integrative Physical Therapy and Baker City Float Center only has blossomed into a much bigger dream. Our founder, Anne Nemec has had the intention to house several practitioners with various skill sets inside of the same building for years, and we are finally doing it.
Our center follows a holistic approach that recognizes the whole person and not only their diagnosis. We believe in the power of western and eastern medicine, offering services which honor them both. At Integrative Health & Wellness Center, there is something for everyone—regardless of where you are on your journey.
We are committed to helping you achieve your goals in a safe and comforting atmosphere. In our building, you will find treatment options in the following categories: physical therapy, float therapy, massage, Reiki, hypnotherapy, sound healing, and soul-level intuitive healing. We also offer an assortment of classes to the Baker City community throughout the year.
All of our practitioners have the personal experience, education, and qualifications to walk beside you toward health and happiness. The vibe at Integrative Health & Wellness Center is a laid back kind of professionalism. We don’t take life too seriously and like to have a good time while getting work done and making a positive impact. It’s important we make everyone feel welcome, heard, and valued in our clinic.
