Anne Nemec (PT) started Integrative Physical Therapy with the goal of providing holistic care to treat the whole person and not only their diagnosis.
Fascia is Anne’s passion; she has been a student of fascia studies for over 20 years. Her practice is based on all she has learned in this area.
Anne is a manual and movement-based therapist. She has studied The John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach and is a member of The Fascia Research Society. Working with the fascial system allows us to affect changes throughout the entire body so all systems can work together toward balance and improved wellbeing. Anne’s knowledge of the fascial system has empowered her to aid and benefit those with chronic and full-body pain.
Anne has advanced study in craniosacral therapy, pelvic health, lymphedema, natural movement, and postural/structural balance. She is a lifetime learner and is excitedly continuing her studies as our understanding of science advances. Anne is currently studying Quantum Biology and other Quantum Health practices.
